SERVICE AGREEMENT
There is no term to our agreement. You may cancel your service at any time. Symphony Maids also reserves the right to cancel your service at any time.

PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is expact at the time of the service. Payment may be made in the form of cash, check, or credit card. If payment is not received at the time of service, a $20.00 finance fee will be assessed. A 25% finance charge will be added to unpaid balances over 30 days and accrue monthly. We reserve the right to use a debt collection agency for outstanding balances past 30 days.

24-HOUR CANCELLATION OR CHANGE POLICY
Due to high demand as well as out of respect for our maids, we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. We aim to provide our clients the highest quality service and we pride ourselves on our exceptional staff. If you cancel less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have taken your scheduled appointment time. For this reason we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time. As a security measure, we require a credit card on file at the time of sign-up. Otherwise, your appointment will not be scheduled. The full service fee will be charged to you for missed appointments that are rescheduled or canceled less then 24 hours.
*This also applies to any changes you wish to make within 24-hours to your appointment.

Symphony Maids appreciates that we were chosen to come into your home and provide excellent service.  If any part of the service was not completed to your satisfaction please accept our sincere apology and know that we stand by our Value Satisfaction Guarantee. Simply give us a call within 24 hours, and at no cost to you, we will gladly return and re-clean the area to your satisfaction. Our goal is to ensure that you always remain fully satisfied and that we continue to earn the opportunity to provide excellent service to you. We are unable to help you after 24 hours have passed.

CONFLICT OF INTEREST & NON-SOLICITATION POLICY
You, the customer, are not to hire past or present employees of Symphony Maid Services Inc. for a period of not less than 2 years from the date that the employee last worked for Symphony Maid Services Inc. In the event that you feel you must hire an employee of Symphony Maid Services Inc. in spite of this agreement, then a $500.00 referral fee is due immediately upon employment of the past/present employee, regardless of employment terms.
